John is among the Paralegals in the HMA Law Firm. Aside from administrative tasks, his main responsibility is to assist the clients with their cases particularly in obtaining relevant information and preparing the necessary forms and documents to be submitted to the proper Judicial Court or Executive Department, as well as maintaining communication and keeping them abreast of the case status.
He finished his undergraduate course in 2006 and on that same year he entered the Philippines Judiciary and served as a City Court Sheriff for 15 years implementing Court Writs, Orders and other court processes. Being such for considerable period of time, he became adept in all kinds of court proceedings as well as in professional communication with clients and relevant government agencies and institutions. In 2015, he entered law school where he acquired his Juris Doctor degree, bolstering his knowledge in substantive and procedural laws which necessarily includes those related to international human rights and immigration. At present, he is working in the HMA Law Firm remotely from the Philippines, serving the firm’s client applying the practical skills he gained from his work and education background.
He is fluent in Filipino and English.
