Susseth Giron

Susseth Giron is a Paralegal II for the Defensive Team at The HMA Law Firm with over nine years of experience supporting attorneys, legal teams, and office operations. She supports senior attorneys with complex case management, oversees critical administrative workflows, and ensures timely and accurate filings in a fast-paced legal environment.

Susseth began her legal career in 2016 as an intern at a local law firm in New Orleans—a four-week opportunity that quickly grew into a full-time passion and a career spanning more than nine years. Since then, she has developed a strong record of excellence in immigration, litigation, and family law, earning recognition for her organization, professionalism, and discretion in handling sensitive client matters.

Before transitioning into law, Susseth spent 15 years as a professional singer and bass player based in New Orleans, Louisiana. She began playing music at the age of eight and started performing professionally at fifteen alongside her family. Her career as a musician took her across the United States, Canada, and Guatemala, where she performed in diverse venues and collaborated with artists from various backgrounds. During that time, she also earned her Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing (2015) and her Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Small Business Management & Entrepreneurship from the University of Phoenix.

Fluent in English and Spanish, Susseth is known for her ability to manage multiple priorities with precision and care while fostering collaboration across departments and ensuring seamless office operations.

Outside of her professional work, Susseth continues to share her love for music by playing in local churches and enjoys spending time with friends and family.
