FY2016 H-1B SEASON IS COMING
For first-time H-1B’s April 1, 2015 is the earliest you can file for a job to start no earlier than October 1, 2015. (This is the “fiscal year 2016” H-1B cap). But if you have been counted against the H-1B cap at least once in the past six years, you can still file an extension of your current status (with some exceptions) or a transfer to a new employer at any time.
New filers must contact us no later than 1 Feb 2015 to begin preparation for your filing which must be complete by the end of March, 2014.
